Spring pools awaken
On Saturday, April 10th, we teamed up with our friends at the Wethersfield Estate to bring you an easy and educational walk to a vernal pool to learn how these special wetlands foster wildlife. The DLC’s Senior Manager of Education Julie Hart led the walk to search for frogs, salamanders, egg masses, and more! Check out the photos below.
