Looking for a book club that focuses on the environment? We’ve got it!

Join the DLC and the CLC’s (Columbia Land Conservancy) Where the Wild Books Are Book Club!

The book club meets virtually from October-March, in the evening on the second Tuesday of the month, and continues via a mailing list throughout the year. Our lively discussions continue beginning October 12th from 6 to 7 pm with the following books:

October 12: Sand County Almanac by Aldo Leopold
November 9: Why Fish Don’t Exist by Lulu Miller
December 14: Naturalist by E.O. Wilson
January 11: Earthkeeper by N. Scott Momaday
February 8: The Invention of Nature by Andrea Wulf
March 8: Sense of Wonder by Rachel Carson

We’ll be running registration a little differently this year and asking folks to use Zoom to sign up. You can register for all of the Book Club meetings here.

Please also register for the list-serve here. You’ll have access to all announcements and online discussions between meetings.
