Thank you for working with us to keep people safe!
The Dutchess Land Conservancy is closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation. Our office is now open Monday through Friday, and we are following recommended and mandatory protocol by NYS and the CDC (US Center for Disease Control) to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. The safety and security of our community, visitors, volunteers, and staff is our highest priority, thus, before visiting our office, please read the information below in an effort to keep everyone – both visitors and employees – safe and healthy.
Please DO NOT enter our facility if you are sick, or you have any of the symptoms of the coronavirus, including fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.
We ask that all visitors be diligent in self-monitoring their health before, during and after their visit. Prior to entering the DLC’s office you will need to:
a) Wear a mask;
b) Have your temperature taken with a non-contact thermometer;
c) Maintain proper social distance of at least six-feet;
d) Answer the following questions:
a. In the last 14 days, have you tested positive for Covid-19?
b. In the last 14 days, you have had contact with an individual with a suspected or confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19), or a person being monitored for, or suspected to have Coronavirus?
c. In the last 14 days, have you travelled from, to or through any area which has reported a concentration of Coronavirus cases or a location currently subject to lockdown (quarantine) measures by the CDC, traveled via airplane internationally or domestically (including transiting through an airport in these locations), or you have been on a cruise ship?
If any of the above apply to you, please call or email us so that we can reschedule your meeting. For the health and safety of everyone at the DLC, and to prevent potential exposure, we respectfully ask that you do not come into our facility.
If all is well, please contact us prior to your arrival, and before entering the office, so that we are ready for your visit.
Thank you in advance for your understanding, and for helping us keep everyone safe and healthy!
