A fall walk at the Deer Pond Farm Audubon Sanctuary was the perfect time to explore nature with others. DLC Ecologist Julie Hart, Deer Pond Farm volunteer and local historian John Cilio, and Deer Pond Farm Director Cathy Hagadorn led participants on a walk through the Deer Pond Farm Audubon sanctuary, exploring the history, geology, ecology, and habitats found therein. The hosts answered visitors' questions as they wandered through fields and forests along the winding trails.
