People have found our process illuminating because it helps landowners, town officials, and local community members recognize the significance of important natural resources on properties that have meaning locally, and throughout Dutchess County’s rural landscape. The DLC follows a process that makes sense, both environmentally and economically and staff are happy to talk about options for community engagement and involvement.
